Yes, we had a great time too, great performance.  Thanks guys, you were on top form!

It seemed like a very popular local event, with a buzzing crowd. As well as it raising lots of money for the hospice, hopefully you will have picked up some new fans from that many peeps.  There are people walking around the whole time at that sort of event, and I did catch myself wanting to say to them "why don't you sit down and listen, ATF're playing?"!!

Was sorry we didn't spot you in the crowd to say hello afterwards  but anyway we had to get back to do stuff for today.

Handing over to John now - pictures should appear, including of Rob in Wild West Show. If they don't please can someone advise how to get them on here?!

Well a lot of people have never heard of them and did not realise that this was the headline act, according to the Evening Star local rag of Monday.  Just 3 other bands have their name mentioned in the superficial report that at least gave ATF a paragraph!!

If you do feel like action, then how about contacting the digital TV channel Dave; asking them the show TOTP2 again with the edition that featured ATF?  You'll have to write After The Fire, or they will not know who you mean.

Hello BTF

Apologies, it wasn't meant to be a moan! I know lots of people have not heard of them and I was kindof laughing at myself. Several of the local bands were obviously well known and had a good following. which was fair enough.

I didn't know ATF had been on TOTP2 or am I missing something here...?!

PS to BanksyBoy: '4/10' : harsh! It must have made it more difficult having no sound check as it took the first few numbers to get the balance right.

When exactly that was, is a good question for the band.  When was the original performance broadcast and then the question to Dave would be when did TOTP2 pick that performance.

Just back at the computer having been away...  Thanks BTF - I hadn't wanted to cause offence 

I believe the answer to your TOTP poser is that, though ATF were recorded to appear, they were axed at the last minute because it was thought they were too similar in style to one of the other bands scheduled to play (can't remember who ).  Outrageous, wasn't it !!
