No, On Blue Peter of all things.  They did a feature on the Gloucester Meteor jet plane and used 'Joy' as the backing music.

So, how did Ian, Tim and Rob get into ATF music? I think that I can just about manage to work out Matt's route!!

It was great to have Matt drumming too at Billericay....made it seem a very complete sound. Hey, just thought, Genesis has two drumkits, so why not.......

Hi Maggie!

My brother brought home "Signs Of Change" from a local gig when we were teenagers. We're very close in age so we had the same school friends and we all started going to ATF gigs together. We saw them at the Dingwalls and the Rainbow, and at the '79 Greenbelt gig which just blew me away.

Anyway a few years ago Graham (my brother) tracked down Peter and managed to get us jobs as roadies at his Dagenham birthday bash and when Andy P was unavailable for the next gig Pete remembered that I did music stuff and auditioned me.

So there you go, blame Graham!

Ian

Hi Maggie

The first band I joined did a cover of One Rule.  I later copied 80-F, Laser Love and BNI onto old C90 tapes from LP's belonging to my room-mate at Hatfield Poly (don't tell Pete!!).  Ironically turns out twas my old roomy (Keith) who organised the ATF gig at Hemel last year.

Small world

Also had not heard the Signs Of Change stuff until Ian mentioned it when I first Joined ATF.  Like Ian I'm a big Prog Rock fan so fell in love with SOC instantly.

Tim
