FYI, Bro Seagull, I was part of an Archers'-theme-tune-whistling group,
at college!!
We strived to whistle it altogether without getting the giggles, especially
in the faster Tum ti tiddly , Tum ti tiddly, Tum ti tiddly Tum section.....we
never succeeded and now when we (all too infrequently) meet up we still
try to get to the end of the tune without falling apart!! 
Our respective husbands just put up with our juvenile behaviour
now....but the giggling is somewhat infectious!!
Perhaps, if you and I practise independently, and if you ever manage to
get to a future ATF gig we could use the time in the interval to....... (on
second thoughts, NO....too unrocknroll!!)

If it'd help, I could play the theme tune over the PA...
(little known fact: it's called 'Barwick Green', from the 'My Native Heath' suite by Arthur Wood. I grew up about three miles from the real Barwick Green...)

Did you always win at TRIVIAL Pursuits?!!
(I'm secretly, mildly impressed!!) 
Actually, I've just tried to impress my husband with this snippet of my
new-found knowledge.... but he already knew it!!
So now I am, necessarily, less impressed!!
However, playing it during the interval of an ATF gig could liven up
proceedings!!

Hi Maggie, I have managed to unzip myself !!
