I was reading a magazine the other day and my eyes zoomed into the letters ATF on the page, was momentarily excited, until I read futher and and it said ATF is short for Automatic Transmission Fluid !!

Anyone watch a program on BBC4 last night around 11pm, it was called Synth Brittania. All about the 80's and Synth music starting. Was very interesting and great to see and hear the music that started it all. Although was a bit upset to see that Gary Numan started it all off on TOTP, when we know that it could have been ATF instead

. He mentioned going to TOTP and there was a mini moog in the studio, wondered if it was Banksy's.

You can tell its summer holiday time! It's three weeks later, and I've just arrived back in Germany (got a lift on the ferry like all lazy seagulls). Hope all you ATF forum people are well - you've got something to look forward to, starting next month!

This Seagull spent one week in the shadow of the Black Mountains (I Live on the dark side (?)), but also got up onto the Black Hill a couple of times (You take me higher (?)) It's so dark at night, it's a great place for a "Starflight".

Came home armed with CDs of Fairport Convention, Mumford & Sons, and a U2 CD from a charity shop. (Apart from cricket, charity shops sum up the essence of England, but they weren't big on ATF!)
