Last weekends Cafe Musica lounge gig at the Sharpies was a very entertaining evening.

Peter Banks and James Weaver (Cafe Musica) played some great cover songs which included ATF's Time to Think, Rob Halligan's Grace, Joan Osbourne's One of Us, a couple of Beatles and Show of Hands songs and lots more.

Their voices blend very well together producing a great vocal sound accompanied by Pete's keyboard, 2 guitars and a, what I think was a mandolin, played excellently by James. There was also a drum box (don't know if it has a proper name!!).

It was a very intimate and lovely evening. As I always say..... good music, good friends and great artists (oh and good cookies!).

Thank you to Jennie and John for their hospitality and for cooking dinner  .

To Pete and James.... 'thank you for the music'

One song they did was Be My Guest (Fats Domino, I think), its a song my mum loved and played a lot. I have decided to attach it for you to see.
