Please can we not simply have all the stuff that was previously
available to listen to or download? We've got that! More rarities
and obscurities please. Pretty please.

you might have been lucky to have those some don't

it seems to me that a select few have everything which can not be fair - I am not pointing the finger at anyone in particular but the balance has to be redressed.

Lets hope that the freebie cd goes a long way if giving us what we want

Happy Christmas to all.

I simply meant that we have the music that is available online,
many of the demos etc. being mentioned. It's fairly easy to
record them on your computer.

Happy Christmas to all

I'm sure the freebie will be great...and I would have thought that Madbear was only referring to the stuff which used to be (and still is?) on this site and on Mick's site.   Most of that was very low bandwith anyway, or just excerpts, so I wouldn't worry about missing out on anything!  That's all I've ever heard, for sure.

Don't know if you are aware of this Timestar, but if you pop over to the Friends of ATF site, there's a mass of old live recordings which you can download! Mind you, unless you have Broadband, it might take you about a month...

What would you like to see on it?

I'd be tempted to suggest, so as to complement the era covered by the CBS recordings, Some of the tracks from the alternative version of 80F along with excerpts from interviews covering the period. The interviews done at the friends reunion, were so interesting, and deserve a wider audience!

Yes i have been to the freinds archive and mick's old site and have the stuff from there all be it converted from real audio - but unless you have broadband as you say it is a bit of a waste of time - my thoughts where with those who don't and therefore have nothing.

that is until the freebie cd - can't wait to get demo's good quality etc

i am desperate to get any atf material old or new

hope i didnt offend anybody

Dave

I'm sure nobody is offended. And none was meant.

A question though, to Mick and Peter: how do you feel about
people swopping live tapes/CDs of ATF using the forum? I
notice there are other mentions of live cassettes in the Forum.
