Ok... I'll be honest, its not quite 'After The Fire' but we come very close! 'Home Run Hero', my old band from my school days have reformed to take over the world with one small gig at a time, stating in Guildford!

As many of you will know, im off to Africa in August with Soapbox. In order to do this I need to raise a fair bit of cash to get out there etc. This is where 'Home Run Hero' comes into play. We have set up 2 gigs in the Guildford area and it would be awesome to see all the ATF crew at these shows! You can find out more details at www.purevolume.com/homerunherouk.

Any questions please feel free to reply to this message or whatever... Also there are some instrumental demos on the Purevolume website so you can get a rough idea of what we sound like!

Look forward to seeing ya'll! Take it easy,

Matt

I'm probably a bit biased but these guys definitely have something! Take a look at their website - the more visitors it gets the more chance they have of being selected as a featured artists so get over there and support your friendly ATF drummer!!

And if your diary's clear I'd go along to their gig, I think you'll be impressed....

Great pic!!

Get to at least one of these gigs - you will not be sorry.  If you have any doubts listen to the demos.

See you there.

Doh! I hoped no one would notice!

Yeah we discovered that shortly after we registered the name with purevolume and UKReg.com etc. For now we are just gonna go with it and cross any legal bridges nearer the time if that makes sense! Any way, hope all is well and possibly see ya at the shows coming up?!

Do you do any ATF songs? How do I get tickets for the Electric Theatre and whereabouts in Guildford is it? (can't make the Millmead one). Will there be any banana cake?

Hey - To all those heading to the show at Millmead this weekend got to this website for directions: http://www.guildfordbaptist.org/findus.htm

To all those who are going to the Electric Theatre show go to this website for directions: http://www.guildford.gov.uk/GuildfordWeb/Leisure/Electric+Th eatre/FindUs/

Right, now down to business. Markp12003, here are the answers to your questions in no particular order...

To get tickets for the Electric Theatre you need to call up the Box Office on 01483 444789 and ask for tickets for the Cuba Libra and Home Run Hero show.

The Electric Theatre is located next to the ACM and across the Road from the Friary shopping center. Check the link above for helpful information ...

ATF songs.... hhhmmm well... ya just have to wait and see...

And as regarding Banana cake... There could well be some banana cake!

Hope this is all helpful - see ya there!

More details can be found through www.homerunhero.co.uk

Matt
