Gratuitous plug time...
If you're going to GB06 please do come and see "theREIGN" on Stage 2 on Monday morning (11:20). No AtF covers, I'm afraid, but we're worth seeing nonetheless, if only to heckle the guitarist in the luminous yellow shirt (er, me).
Failing that, drop into S2 and wave at me, Mick & Sam (during our shifts, obviously!) sometime.
Anyone else playing/speaking/working?
Paul.

So, Paul, I don't know you, but presumably you'll be the tall, dark, handsome one.... on crutches...and possibly wearing the luminous yellow shirt all w/e!!??
Any insider info on the S2 side of things? (Especially for Saturday, sorry to miss your Monday "reign")

So those of you who went to GB what can you tell us about the any of the bands, who should we be looking out for?

Stage one has very much become a showcase for the "big names" and those with a label to push them. Bands who are without a label are offered such small stages that it is hardley worth the journey.
Stage 2 was constantly the best music of the festival. Many will disagree.
My tips are: Electrolyte, Quench, [dweeb] and Rob Halligan.

We don't have a label yet thought the trip worthwhile, even from Hull!

How was it this year? Many people go? I couldn't make it, but I should be living just down the road (relatively) next year, so hope to make up for lost time.
