Yes, I'd agree.  And in the old series the Doctor would never openly snigger at an authority figure like that.

I saw Sarah Jane and K-9 on Blue Peter last night.  Now I want a slytheen to come along and squash Billie Piper so that Sarah and K-9 can come back permanently!
