Or are you talking about the first bit, the Russian one Andy found?

I came across a Japanese one somewhere... if I (or anybody) can find it again, it might be worth submitting that one for translation!

A Japanese one here  - but babel fish was not man (or fish) enough.

But a German site revealed:

Andy Piercy (voc, g, b), John Russell (g), Peter bank (keys), Pete King (dr). - Poprock group. 1972 of the former physics teacher bank in England based. Worked starting from 1977 professionally. Various Umbesetzungen. Set first on an undemanding Heavyrock, in order to concentrate starting from 1979 with the LP "lasers Love" on new Wave Pop. The instrument valley "80-F" (with the new Drummer Pete King) was used 1980 frequently as topic music of radio and television broadcasts. Revised Falco's "commissioner" as legacy. When the single in the Charts emerged, those did not exist to volume already any longer.

JAP

Review:
It is After The Fire which introduces "Signs of change"in another page, but 3 LP which they announce to eighties, 2 groups CD which recorded the bonus sound source of large hit single "Der Kommissar" and so on in all tune "of Laser Love", "80-f" and "Batteries Not included" are sold.It became also album title, because as for "Der Kommissar" even in Japan single had come out with M subject of the "secret police", as for the one which you know you think that it is many.
If just this, it ends with information of mere recurrence, but being to be one special thing we would like us to inform by all means. December 2004, Indonesia focusing on as for the Sumatran open sea earthquake tidal wave which brings big damage you think as everyone coral knowing. How, as for A f ter The Fire it decided that it contributes to tidal wave damage country from the sale of their Webshop.
Concretely it is the schedule which does the contribution fund of 1 pound concerning these 2 group CD1 sales, when it is
the schedule which evenbecause of that usually prepares 6 tune entering limited bonuses CD other than board CD, you setsells
is. Rough mix or you record the demonstration sound source in this bonus, CD as for 4 tune in recording tunes completely as for 1 tune "Little of unpublished and among those Sun and Little Rain" you say that it is the self-confidence work of the member. Furthermore also surprise track of secret 1 tune is recorded to sale. Distantly we want the person who can sympathize to their conduct that it comes and from England observes to the Asian disaster, collects the contribution fund from the sale of CD ordering CD to the propriety their web sight.
Furthermore you ask the sign of the member to X[ of CD, we ask the fact that the support message to of After The
Fire is sentto
