Hello ATF fans, whats happening, anyone around to chat?
Seems ages until the next ATF show, and am constantly watching my recordings of current shows.
Will keep me going for now!
Zippy, missing live ATF

I saw Iona on Sunday night, brilliant!
Just thought I would say something to keep my keyboard from
being lonely, just sat there waiting to burst into life to
make peoples day go quicker, or maybe slower depending on
whether it makes any difference at all! Anyone still
reading this? Anyone there?

Who's in Iona these days? Did you know there's an ATF connection - Terl Bryant (one-time Iona drummer) played at one of the ATF reunion gigs in the 90s.

Jo and Dave are still there plus 3 others ... .. see the
website also gigs.
Terl also attends Andy P's former place of worship and I
think he was on the video for Praise God from whom all
blessings flow (shown on BBC SoP).

One of Terl's other claims to fame (although I suspect he doesn't boast about it!) is that he and I played in the Shattock And Rust Band in the early 90s, including one date at the Albert Hall. He's one of the few drummers I've ever encountered who can sight-read... JP

Nope - I do get to the Albert several times a year, but usually as director or graphics op. That one with Terl was the only time I've performed there...apart from several times as a singer in the Prom Praise Choir. I'm still in touch with both Shattock and Rust, but it's been ages since we played together. Catchphrase: "We're going to do a variety of musical styles tonight...all of them badly"

There's no video...thankfully. But the albums 'The Rock Beneath' and 'Forgiven Like This' are still available, bizarrely, at www.worktalk.gs. Well recorded (at ICC) and produced (by John Pantry). And no, I don't get any royalties....

Hallo, Noel, Hallo all,
I coincidentally posted the Audio link for "Praise God" (A Piercy & D Clifton) on my Facebook wall yesterday. Can you hear Terl on there? Yes, he plays "percussion" - I just checked.
The Albert Hall's special isn't it? (Not that I've played there.... not even outside)
