Oh you DO go on about that! The Brighton seagulls are almost as bad as the Norfolk ones!

I don't remember actually seeing a French onion seller on
a bike in person.

However, I do remember the Kraft Cheese Slices advert -
with the French onion seller saying "You English, you are
so clever, you make the bread square so as to fit the
Kraft Cheese slices, but we French...." He then produces
a square onion slice to go with the bread and cheese
slice.

I say remember - what I mean is; I have been trying to
get out of my mind for 40 years.
