...but still here. There are quiet periods. This time last year there were more gigs, and I was counting down/up to the 19th Nov, which was the date of the Kingston gig which Mark (Dominiom) famously persuaded me to fly over from Germany for. I thought he'd offered to pay the ticket, but maybe I misunderstood.... But he's such a nice guy when you meet him, you can't hold it against him .

Leo Baan, the legendary eight foot Dutchman was also there, having flown in from South Africa (via Holland & Ireland, like one does), & I don't think Dominion paid for his ticket either....

I can't say it was a great reunion, but it will be next time! (March 2012)

Sorry, cant talk got a sore throat..... oops not a good excuse cos my fingers can still type !!

Have had all sorts going on and don't log onto my lappie when mega things happening!

Good news is that the posters and flyers have been printed and I will be getting a pile of them to start giving out for the ATF Kingston gig next March.

Am looking forward to us all getting together again.

To keep this strand going, here's something that might be of interest.

It's not really ATF, but seeing as we have Banksy as an inspiration,I thought many of us may be interested in this "lids off" look at those two classic keyboards, the Mellotron and the Chamberlin - sort of pre-synthesisers of the 60's. It's fascinating, and as a bonus, set in the context of Tanita Tikaram's video diary, at the time of her last album, where she talks with her producer.
