I thought Max Bygraves was a comedian with a wierd wig, trousers that came above his ankles and a funny walk......didn't know he was a singer that sounded like Jon Anderson....you learn something new every day.

Dominion - you are thinking of Max Wall!  Max Bygraves (same era) was a singer comedian and game show host (Family Fortunes).

Intriguingly enough, according to the sleeve notes on "Signs of Change" (extended version), Peter Banks recalls how Any Piercy used to do a pretty good Max Wall impression to "Dreamaway"! So, it all comes back to ATF!
