Ah yes, T and a P!  Didn't need to go at that stage!   A G and T?!  Thank you, Maggie, we'd have had time as the journey was very quick.  I was off to The Sainsbury Centre with some friends to a basketry exhibition, which was very good!

What I say is:

We should do nothing to promote gang warfare and exclusivity on the forum!

My feeling is that the so called Emoticon Gang is a relaxed unofficial concept that exists in our minds, but doesn't make us any different. It's a nice reminder of shared time(s) and posts.  

If initiation means using an emoticon, that might be asking too much of someone of Kevin's great age,  and yet he brings in such a fine balance (better not mention the jokes...). Maybe we should just make it an aim to meet up at a future ATF gig?

To encourage a sense of fellowship, we could draw lots, and pay for each other's travelling expenses

One worrying factor, is that Kevin thinks that Maggie is even cleverer than she really is!

For 'exclusivity' read 'lotsofsillity' (that's a MAM's English noun, Seagull!!)

Anyone who joins in should be encouraged and automatically welcomed
into the emoticon gang of madness, whether they choose to emote (that's
a MAM's English verb, Seagull!!) or not!!
