Well here we go again folks.  It's that time of year when an elite bunch of musicians plus one drummer blow the dust and cobwebs from their finely tuned (most of the time) instruments and get down to some serious rehearsing.  Another year older and greyer, except Ian (who in his own words is the worlds greyest man), the music improves with age as indeed do the musicians.  Some new tweaks to this years shows, which I won't elborate on too much but suffice to say that there may be a few old favourites in there somewhere.  Some new venues as well including a trip beyond the Watford Gap and a great band called Plus Support, who I've never seen but they seem to get around a lot so they must be good.

I'm really looking forward to my second tour and hooking up with the band and crew again and I hope to see some of you again if you can make it.  Let us know if you're coming along.

And there I was wondering if Leeds was any closer to the midlands than other gigs when I realised I won't even be in the country for that gig. Gutted, or what?! Cry

I'm going!

And if you went last year you'll know that I increased the boundaries of the stage somewhat. I've been practising my pew jumping for this year but that's as much as I'm saying.
HOWEVER, my wife reliably informed me that when some guy she went to see called Josh Groban walked into the audience his screaming fans gave him loads of prezzies.
So with that in mind and so you can all be prepared, here's my wish list (in no order of preference...

A tuk-tuk
An electric pogo stick
3 x Goldfish
1 x Audi TT (Green)
1 x Set of Ulian pipes
1 signed copy of the Sylmarilion
1 Dr Who scarf
A case of Jim Beam sauce
2 x wimples
A real "Diddy-Man"
Liquorice
Signed photos of all the audience members
A copy of Peter Sellers singing 'Hard Days Night'

See you there
