Hi, I am new to the forum so be gentle. I went to the Colchester St Andrews gig. ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS! This was the first time of catching up with ATF for many a year which was a resurgence after getting back together with a very good friend. We saw ATF many times in the 80`s and I could go on for ages anyway, just loved then as I do now the music, it is still very fresh and has an excitement about it. Obviously many of the people in the audience were from the church itself and acted accordingly i.e. sat in their seat, but, after Rob danced down the aisle a couple of times, me and my friend couldn`t help it, we were up chanting the words, didn`t feel guilty at all about rocking in a pew!!

Well done to the sound crew, not easy in a church, I know from experience. The sound was good, the energy from the band was awesome, and thanks goes to the vicar for allowing the gig, will she be struck by a bolt of lightning, not if I can help it! A good time was had by all, and will be an old/new dedicted fan and I expect will see  some of you somewhere in the future. HAPPY XMAS.

Well, back fom the festive break, and thoroughly enjoyed the rest, hope you all had a good time too, now I am fat and ugly - not old though!!!

What`s my poison - from a vending machine it has to be a straight cup of tea - no messing. Would prefer a combination of Earl Grey Grey and Assam or a spiced tea. Oh well, what is wrong with the finer things in life? The kettle is always on!

Still playing the CBS recordings on a daily basis, just can`t get enough. Meant to put in my review of the Colchester Gig that Rob is good for the Band. Never seen him before but very impressed with the whole package, and had a brief and very pleasent word aftwerwards - more power to your elbow!!

Ok then - 2009 - mmm - a funny number but could be deceptive. It is going to be a great year, isn`t it? Bring it on........

HAPPY NEW YEAR
