What about `Signs of ATF' ?

Rather than "Start of the Fire" it should strictly be "After After the Fire"... ie. "Embers".   "Ashes"?  "Soot"?

Come to think of it, the actual reference is "after the earthquake, a fire ... and after the fire, a still small voice." (1 Kings 19:12).  So I reckon the band *has* to be "Still Small Voice".  Nice and cryptic, verging on the double meaning, cool-sounding, musical connotations, etc ... perfect!

Omly trouble is, no-one except bible scholars will geddit.

Neil

Not yet! We're holding auditions on 6th June and hope to have news then. In the meantime the material's coming together nicely (but it'll be a relief to get the line-up finalised!!)

If you know any musicians tell them to get in touch, the more people we see the quicker we'll be up and running!

Thanks for the interest! Keep watching the forum for signs of change

Experienced bassist, guitarist and lead vox needed by Keyboardist and Drummer to complete ATF tribute project.

You need to be in or around the South East, have own gear and transport and be prepared to travel quite some distance for possible gigs.

So if you're into the old stuff (Pilgrim, Signs Of Change etc) and fit the bill send us a PM and we can discuss further.

Best wishes and a happy Easter to all!

I'm not sure a tribute band to the 'Signs Of Change' period would work as not many people know the first album and it only has a cult following. Maybe it would be better to create a band in the 'Signs Of Change' style and write new original material. I liked the exitement of the early ATF and prog is now making a comeback these days.

I would be intersted in some capacity if this project is still ongoing?

Can you play guitar Kimberley? We're having a heck of a job finding someone who can play both rhythm and lead and who likes the style. PM me if you're up for an audition!
