Normally means something that happened during the day triggered an old memory. Could be something really small, but it subconciously stuck in your mind.

I get that with a lot of things, and wake up in the morning wondering why I dreamt that!

My link to ATF is also with my first boyfriend from when I was 16. Therefore, he pops into my head every now and then when there is a lot of ATF stuff going on.

Life in the City was our fav song, and always brings back happy memories, altho, I wouldn't change things to go back to that time, as I am content with where I am now. Its just happy memories.

Less complicated, less stress and more fun.

Life is work, pay bills, sleep, work, pay bills, sleep.

Am only just learning that there is more to life then killing yourself working hard and long hours.

I am a, do my job and go home person now. But it took a scare to get me there!

ATF definitely cheer me up.

We should have an ATFAS club, ATF Appreciation Society !!
