I've spent a pleasant evening watching some highly confidential files that were surrupticiosly (?) pressed into my hand last November at Kingsmeadow. One of the CDs appears to show an ATF concert from Wakes Colne, in Dec 2008. Mr Halligan still had specs! It was a particularly  good concert, with the band really on form (they  even managed "Take me Higher!), and actually had a version of Wild West Show that I quite liked, as it didn't seem too much like a "circus", and there was some good drumming exchange between PB & TT, and Rob had no props, even though he was charging around somewhat. So, thankyou to you know who you are , and it was worth the wait, as we've not been able to view DVDs for ages.

(Ther's even a rare vocal cameo of one of the Emoticons!)(It was 1 Kings )

Wasn't it Ian Nibloo who had to rush to the local pub, to use their
conveniences?

Well that was the excuse I seem to remember hearing!! (It was a cold day,
after all!!) But the welcome there was very warm and the coffee helped!!

Speaking of Kingsmeadow/Kingston, as we were, I'd just like to say how much we are enjoying our Dalit Candle at the moment, now that we have been able to start eating "al fresco". It's the best lavender scented candle I've ever come across, and it keeps most fierce carniverous beasts out the garden. This was a present, on the occassion of the aforementioned gig, from Maggie to Anja (Mrs Seagull)- in her absence, that we've saved for a long time. Maggie is a dear, generous hearted soul , and although we enjoy the odd verbal joust, we have never fought to the death - yet ;-)  ^^
