Banksy has been busy writing a book! Together with Jonathan Evans he is author of "The Secret Chord" -the title refering back to the Leonard Cohen Song, "Hallelujah". Presently available as a Kindle book, it will soon be available as a paperback. You can read the introduction here on Amazon, and find out what it's all about.

I am in the process of reading Peter Banks' and Jonathan
Evens' new book 'The Secret Chord'. It is a fascinating
insight into the world of Music and the Arts, and how
they relate to Theology. While parts of the book, for
me, not having a University education, are rather 'high-
brow' and therefore hard for me to understand (!) I am
finding this book an exciting exploration into this vast
subject and it is great to be able to see it from a
vantage point I have never experienced before, giving me
a 'multi-dimentional' view of the world of Music and
other Art forms, having before only seen it in relation
to what I like and don't like - rather a one-dimentional
view! Thank you Peter and Jonathan for writing this
fascinating and insightful book. Heather Joy Rowe

Heather, maybe University education  is over-rated.Shocked I couldn't understand half of what I had to read at Uni, but I do hope to get through this book, once the paperback is out.Smile I reckon maybe you'd be the one to write the resume on the back cover!

Welcome to the Forum, Heather!  Yes, sometimes formal education can be over-rated - in that if people have the desire and the gifting, and not too many obstacles, perhaps, they can achieve great things.  You are obviously very gifted at expressing yourself and writing.

Yes indeed! I'm just strolling up to the line - you'll never catch me now. Think I'll just lie down for a nap....Sleepy

By the way,

"Oh The Spam" is an anagram of "Oh, haste, P.M.!"

^^Big smile^^
