So, does anyone know what the extra track on the Japanease version of Signs of change is? 

Several sellers are listing a japanease import with 1 extra track:

The company that sells these in Japan, Marquee Inc., have added an extra shrink wrap with more product details in Japanese. We exported these to Japan, so the value will be if you keep them intact with wrapping, otherwise they are identical to the original pressing.
