I am really looking forward to this years ATF tour, but am worried that there may not be too many more to come in the future.

Would be really good if we could all try and get friends to attend a show or two. It seems, from previous posts, that fans would like ATF to play more places, which would be really good, but is it worth while to the band? If the shows don't have a good attendance then they lose out on costs, ie. they end up paying to play !

I am not saying that no one turns up, the shows I have been to have had a great atmosphere, but I think there needs to be a few more people to show up.

I am hoping to get to 3 shows this year and maybe 4 if I can get to Cambridge.

ATF music brings back great memories for me and I would love to be certain that they are not packing up any time soon !!

For me music relieves the stress of life/work, makes me come alive.

Anyway, the band will save a little bit of money this year as Mr Banksy can now use his bus pass to get to the shows !!!

I suggested an annual convention some time ago.Could be auctions, fundraising,a couple of sets, guests, speakers etc etc etc.

Hopefully if some gigs(i'm going to 2 this time) are undersubscribed then the money could be made back at this one off day/evening.

All bands seem to do it and it would be something that we could get old and new friends involved with.

If there was a convention I could definately say there would be me and 4 attending..minimum.

Perhaps see what the numbers could be.......over to you lot.

Nice idea, does not seem that easy with most of the band historians no longer involved.

Was hoping to make it to Leeds (the furthest North they've ever ventured?) and then saw I was gigging that night... sadly not in the same venue (now that would have been nice). Oh well...

Paul.

Any chance of tickets on the door for the Leeds gig? The ticket agency will not post within seven days, and I cannot collect. Cheers! Phil

There is no problem with buying tickets on the door at any of our gigs and the Leeds gig, in particular, expects folk to walk up and buy on the night. Latest news is all dates are doing ok with advance sales BUT most peeps still leave it to the last minute or on the door...

See you there!!!

Was looking forward to Sunday night but just discovered after getting my ticket that I'd have to leave the venue 45 mins after the doors open in order to get my last train home back to Doncaster.

Hope everyone who can make it has a great night out

Hope you all enjoy the show in Leeds tonight.

Jennie, If you are going tonight, please let me know how it went.

Hi Zippy

No, we didn't go to Leeds - can only manage to get to two gigs this year. I see there is a post about last night that I look forward to reading in a mo!

We were fortunate enough to have something else to go to last evening - discovered at the last minute that Gareth Davies-Jones was doing a charity gig not far away, which was brill.

Thanks for your other post about Billericay.  Mr Banksy kindly sorted it for me, as I expect he has for you and everyone else, or will do.

Which ATF gigs are you going to?  Have fun and see you soon!

Jennie
