as an old timer waiting in the an artefact you can hold in your mitt queue, I couldn't understand the reason for the delay from the last news bulletin. Any enlightenment welcome.

Well, to cut a very long story down a bit, the good peeps
at Life Association wanted to support companies in India.
So the plan was to have the CDs manufactured out there.
However, the printers refused to print the booklet about
the Dalit peoples because they didn't want to be seen as
helping them. This is because they might have lost high
caste customers because of it.
So the very thing the song One Rule talks about except
far worse, effectively racist, apartheid stuff, very
nasty! Plus there have been other technical and shipping
issues that have compounded the delays.
There will be a handful on sale at Greenbelt, that have
been flown in especially at high cost, any leftover will
go on sale on Wednesday 31st when we put the CD on sale,
1st come first served!

One gets to special dispensation by One's Royal Mail, of course!!
(and, should a certain P.B. be standing in the forum shadows...... a hissy by
the Head of State and Head of the C of E (i.e. Cut off 'ead) is to avoided at
all costs!!!)
The thought of that Gull getting one ahead of me is simply....
well.............unthinkable!!
