Hello Campers

Well it's nearly that time again.  Rehearsals start this weekend.  Setlists hot off the press.  New songs to learn (sorry i meant learnt, just in case PB asks). New places to play. Car Mot'd and ready to rumble Finger's crossed.  Blokes at the back primed for action.  Nerves starting to jingle a bit.  Being the seasoned professionals we are (speaking for the others anyway) I'm sure we'll all slip back into it with ease...  Just one thing to sort out before the off...

What to wear??

Hey, am I  the Womble?!   Or is there another fan who lives near Wimbly?

Don't forget your hats Mr Sticky, and you never look nervous, always relaxed and professional. I am hoping Bright Lights is on the set list again because I love the drumming in it. Good luck with the rehearsals.

Wonder whats on the setlist, anyone got any ideas?

Definitely Laser Love and Life in the City, I think.

"Before it's time" is, I think, the usual phrase!

Used to enjoy cycling/walking on the common. Yes, I even lived in London for two years, and that was one of the places I used to escape to. It was long ago. Zippy must have been just a junior under-womble at that time.

This is getting technical!

I may be wrong, but I think Wombles remain technically "junior" until 25, after which they take on mentoring duties, training other young Wombles

I am not a Womble, because I didn't actually live in Wombledon, although I was born in "Greater London" Are you sure I'm older than you?

Anyway, as always. we've gone off the point. I think "young" Tim  might get too hot in the Womble suit, so perhaps he should go for the bare-chested, sweaty look (Sweaty T?)

Hope rehearsals are going well. Anyone doing a video diary this time?

Womble suit ok for the Kingston gig as a mere stroll to Wimbledon.

With that in mind try and wear some traditional regional costumes for the other gigs as well.

No copping out by wearing a miners outfit and having a whippit in tow for anything north of Watford.
