Can we post song requests for the band for the FUN gig at Stafford??? (Thought it would be fun even if they're ignored!!!) Suggest limit of no more than 3 requests each (otherwise it gets really silly)

Alrady had one request (for Ken Down - remembers the gig upstairs at Ronnie Scott's very clearly) for 'Laser Love'

I can't think of an ATF gig without Joy (although I did go to several where it made no appearance and I left disapointed each timeCry), following the Thunderbirds theme a captain Zappo voiceover saying "We are Arfta tha firer" is just a must for any gig...

Apart from joy I would vote for suspended animation and check it out so younger members of the band can assess what energy in a track really is !

I think about 40 songs would make a good set, each played at the traditional breakneck speed with Banksy and Johno pogoing the entire set through...

Good luck guys !

PS I would also campaign for Listen to me, cos I never heard it live first time around and I think it would be great...

PPS all is academic as the pas has yet to be granted...

So we're agreed on the 40 song set with the pogoing pair - if we're having Smartie Bombs remember not to be near the front and insure the ceiling !!

OK, going back to the 3 song guideline....!

My requests would be...

  1. Take me higher
  2. Who's gonna love you
  3. Carry me home

Now that does mean hoping that someone else would request Dancing in the shadows, Billy Billy, etc etc. Actually it is really really difficult just narrowing it down to three songs anyway. Who's idea was that???!?
