Hey, no problem,
I do all three of the things you mentioned on my macs and get good work
done!
Personally, I kinda think that if you want to play games you're better of
with a playstation or Xbox tho!
I wouldn't exactly say nothing runs on a mac! it's all a matter of
preference. I use PC's as well. I just prefer, on balance, macs.
Warm regards,
John

Well, now that the next generation of Macs are based on Intel chips, emulating windows and running windows applications will be more stable and much faster, so I don't think that this will be true for much longer. Also porting applications will become a smaller task, and with the market growing will become more cost effective.

Now there is an admission Intel and running a windows emulator makes a mac more stable and run faster

I own an Xbox, don't get me wrong, they're good, but games on the PC are so much better in so many different ways. The graphics on the Xbox 1 are 64Mb, my PC's graphics card is 128Mb. My games run faster on my PC and the graphics are better!
The Xbox's Kernel & OS are stripped down versions of Windows 2000 (even the games console runs a bit of computer wizardry called windows).
Mac's are fantastic for film editing, used a mac at school for this purpose last year. I use good ol' Cubase for my music on glorious windows. And for graphics, Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8, Flash 8 & Fireworks.

Just in case that wasn't a deliberate misunderstanding. What I meant was, emulating windows on a mac that is based on an Intel chip will be better than emulating windows on a mac that is based on a power PC chip.
