i was not  knocking it  i have been a Radio 2 fan since i was 16 (had to they had it on at work all day) bring back J Y is what i say and don't let steve wright or terry wogan  leave

in fact it was on R2 i heard one rule  played on the radio for the first time

Got to say I listen to 6 Music (on-line) all day at work.
More alternative than R2 and they play great stuff
from the 60s to contemporary.

Actually, my tastes are pretty leftfield and I always
wondered why I was so into ATF!

Hey, i like radio 2 its not bad but i dont listen to it that much. Are they the station that do 'THE BIG QUIZ'? cos i like that and often listen to it when baking!

.....and i do try and feed him up but due to the Russell family high metabolism all my hard work doesn't pay off!

I have a wonderfully rich Tandoori paste that makes the most wonderful sauce for chicken, beef or lamb. I get it from a secret supplier in East Grinstead when I get the chance to go down there.
Does anyone else have any cooking-related tips?
