BBQ curry (made with the left over burgers and bangers)
try it it's better than it sounds, needs to be made very hot though.(thats how i like it )

Standing up or sitting down, butter a springform baking tin and
line it with greaseproof paper. Butter the greaseproof paper.
Melt (just) 150g unsalted butter with 6 tablespoons of demerara
sugar and stir in 150g of crushed hazlenuts. Spread it evenly
in the base of the tin.
Over a pan of simmering water, melt 300g of Green and Black's
dark chocolate (that's two and a half big bars). Add 200ml of
dark rum. Beat 4 large egg yolks til they go pale, and add the
chocolate mixture to the eggs (important not to add the eggs to
the chocolate). Stir in half a pint (tall container) of double
cream. Spread over nut base and refrigerate for an hour or so.
NB: contains nuts in case you missed that bit. Also contains
calories.

I have it on good advice that Mars bar omelets don't work. I don't like nuts (the fruit type, I like eccentrics though - good job with some on this forum!)
