It was fantastic! My first time ever seeing ATF - i was amazed! PB & JR were electric - but so was everyone else! Matt's drumming was 'Gut Busting' (For those who have seen school of rock)! Ian is a brilliant bass player & Keith (even though he did forget one or two bits of certain songs) was brilliant!

The only thing that spoiled it was the glitch with the sound at the beginning! But that was quickly sorted!

A big thanks to all behind the FUN day! Thanks to the band & crew!

P.s. Thanks for the prize! Its on my wall!

Apols to those on the right hand side of the stage (house right, for you theatre-types): one of the PA amps was playing up for the first few songs. I switched it over & all seemed OK from then on.

Can I add my congratulations to the organisers of the FUN event yesterday?

I think it achieved what it set out to do in that it was a fun event. It didnt have the sheer raw emotion of Greenbelt, but it wasnt meant to and I hope the band enjoyed it as much as we did.

I managed to bring three extra "friends" to the event from Leeds, Nottingham and Princes Risborough respectively, but fairplay to the guy from New Zealand, top effort mate!

The interview and quiz were good entertainment, although a bit slower on the questions next time please! Thanks for the efforts you put into making these parts happen.

The buffet was top notch and worth more than a fiver in its own right, many thanks again cos we were hungry!

The gig was great and some great humour, finishing Laser Love with "that'll do", nice one Keith

The real highlights for me were the new material: One rule for you was brilliant, mind you I dont know if the drummers appreciated doing the 12 inch version in the encore, that had to hurt!

Forged from faith sounded great, but top song of the night for me was Wildflower with its U2'esque overtones, it was stunning.

I'll post separately about the DVD (looks great), and I look forward to seeing ATF in the charts next month, roll on the Summer gigs.

Me and the missus had a brilliant time and she has never listened to any ATF! Really impressed by the new band and the new material as well as enjoyed the heritage or was it legacy stuff.We never got a chance to give Banksy the thumbs up for the new material-it gets my vote. Looking  forward to watching the DVD and the next gig.

Loved Wildflower, and new version of One Rule (well done to the drummers who's going to do them for TOTP).

Totally agree with what John said about the sound check at Dagenham last year it sounded so 'normal'

Thanks to the whole band & all the organisors . We had a great time (although I could have stayed for a 2nd encore) . More indoor gigs please !!
